Descent into Avernus

The city of Elturel is pulled into Avernus due to a contract made between the High Overseer and the archdevil Zariel. The city is overrun by fiends, but a band of adventurers and their hollyphant companion manage to recover the Sword of Zariel from the Bleeding Citadel. They bring the sword before the archdevil herself, causing her to plead forgiveness from Lathander and pledge herself to justice once more. The city is then returned to the Material Plane.
