Yawning Portal Inn

The Yawning Portal Inn is an inn located in the Castle Ward of Waterdeep built over a large entrance to Undermountain, giving the institution its name. It was constructed in 1306 DR by Durnan Dryndilstann after he demolished the ruined tower of Halaster's Hold. The inn is famous among adventurers as a place where all kinds of adventures could be found.
