The Bishop

The Bishop surveys Perch from the Eyeland, his haven of science. The Eyeland is also conveniently located near Kintok, and rumor has it that, within the facility, the Bishop runs experiments on captured Kintoki people. Appearing as a tall humanoid in black robes, the Bishop always wears a mask, alternates of which he carries in his seven hands. The extent of his disguise is wide— not even Alamæus is aware of the Bishop’s true nature.
