Dementiel Lixil

Lord Dementiel Lixil was born in view of The River to Nowhere. One of the last trees in Cantiivilan before the river bordering Kintok was his home, and as such, his best friend growing up was a Kintoki human (who was killed before age 20 by the Five Point Authority). Those humble beginnings ended when he became a Beastslayer, and quickly rose in the ranks to become the ruler. He has ruled for only eighty years, but the years before gave him ample time to consider breaking his elven brethren’s isolationist tendencies. He has formed an alliance with Kintok, which by extension makes him an ally of the Kevestok Coalition.
