Rhesosian Institute of the Arcane

Overview

The Rhesosian Institute of the Arcane is located in the Rhesos capital city of Tarleigh. The college is partially built into the wall that separates the High and the Mid Districts. It is the only school of magic in the Empire. The current headmaster is Vigrus Thoroughfair, and he is also the Arcane Advisor to the Emperor. 
The Institute also works very hard to preserve and teach the history of both Rhesos and Eyrar. Those who may not be as magically inclined can take historical courses, and their massive library is open to all peoples.
