A star made of pure energy is shot forward by hand. Most Celestialites can use this spell at an early age.Can be charged up for a stronger attack or longer range.

A star made of pure energy is created by the user, usually by extention of the arm, but experienced users can simply form them by whim, sometimes in a flurry, especially at Grade α.
The star is fired towards a target with pinpoint accuracy. The star has high homing ability, so dodging a Starshot is difficult. On contact with the target, it bursts in a small explosion, dealing basic Light type damage. While it's not a very powerful spell, it still can take care of weak enemies or keeping big ones busy.
Side/Secondary Effects
As with all Miracles, it can create Flux when not using XeoMana to cast it. Prolonged use of Miracles beyond this risks Influxuensa.
Typically, Starshot is easy enough for a child to cast, but if you somehow were to botch the cast, the star would prematurely detonate, dealing a nasty Light burn on your fingers.
Manifestation
The star seems to form from nowhere with needles of light collecting into a point in space. It grows in size and taking shape until reaching about 5 centimeters in diameter over the course of about half a second. It can be bigger or charged faster depending on exertion. Higher Grades can see the star getting up to around 30 centimeters.
When it forms, it takes on a pastel teal color and it kind of sounds like a twinkly, glittery sound that gets faster and higher pitch until it reaches maximum size. When launched, the same sound can be heard, except in one big chime. It leaves behind a trail of floaty sparks that dissipate rether quickly.
Explosion looks pretty cool! It looks like a small wave in the shape of a star with a bunch of the same trailing sparks dispersing from it. The singe from it, like most Light attacks, leaves behind a brightly colored burn that fades out after a few moments.

As with all Miracles, it's usually fueled by XeoEnergy and can only be cast by Miracle users. It can be cast without XeoEnergy, but this will produce Flux.
Discovery
It always been second nature to Celestialites, much like breathing. Only recently are certain magic users trying to harness this for their own use in devices, like with most Miracles, but no progress has been made.
