A large fortress located in the region of the Umfula Plains. Threkarin is the base of operations for the Scale Guard, built into the peaks of the Threkarin mountains.

Threkarin is governed by the Scale Guard.
Defence:
Threkarin is defended by the Scale Guard and its position high in the mountains make a ground assault almost impossible.
Commerce:
Threkarin is known to harvest rare monster parts as well as crafting weapons and armour that are sold across the world. But the Scale Guard is primarily funded through donations made by the settlements of Soliemia.
Geography:
The fortress of Threkarin is built within the peaks of three mountains, splitting the fortress into three distinct sections; The Draushum Spire, The Mablik Spire and The Kishan Spire. Each spire is connected with large platforms and are designed with large openings that allow dragons and their riders to quickly come and go. The fortress is usually accessed by flight but there is one thin winding path that leads up the mountain side.
The Draushum Spire:
Nicknamed the Dragon Spire, this part of the fortress houses the sleeping quarters for the dragons as well as the hatchery
The Mablik Spire:
Nicknamed the Common Spire, this part of the fortress houses sleeping quarters for the humanoids as well as a mess hall, kitchens, offices and utility rooms.
The Kishan Spire:
Nicknamed the Command Spire, this part of the fortress houses the training grounds and the grand hall used for meetings and special events.
