The Graeae - The Grey Sisters

The Graeae are an ancient Hag Coven, made up of three Archfey, Deino, Enyo and Pemphredo. They are all members of the Unseelie Court.
The Graeae are a mysterious and enigmatic trio that possess immense magical power and are believed to be the origin of the Hag species. Creating and designing many of the rituals and spells favoured by Hags.
It is also rumoured that the Graeae were among the first Elves to be gifted with the ability to channel Arcane magic by Hecate herself, all the way back in the Golden Age. And through this gift the Graeae sisters became mutated, becoming the first hags and favourites of Hecate.
The Graeae’s motivations are shrouded in mystery, they are rarely seen at the Unseelie Court, and when they do they usually just listen, watching ominously from the corner.

Appearance:

The Graeae commonly appear as three elderly feminine presenting humanoids, hunched in posture with stringy long grey hair, wrinkly wart ridden skin and long clawed hands. 
The Graeae are often covered in natural elements that act as clothing, mixtures of moss and fungi, thick layers of soil and viscus black ichor.
