Infernal

Infernal is the primary language of the Hells. The language is stilted, formal, grating yet strangely melodic, full of obscure patterns that seem to meander misleadingly before snapping to an unexpected point. It is difficult to read and even harder to speak.

Infernal is rarely found outside of the Hells, but it is used in Infernal rituals and texts as well as being the primary language for planar deals and laws.

The language is primarily spoken by those who work with Devils, with the specific nuances and legal jargon of the language requiring years of specialised training that only a few have mastered.
