Francesca, the red-headed mage with a lot of firepower. Francesca has saved the Wanadead's asses more than once. While sometimes a little much, Francesca is always there for her friends. After helping out the Bandit Syndicate, Francesca has decided she needs to find her sister, who isn't in Kadesh anymore.
Now, somewhere in the Lith'Dolvi Conclave as far as Arsenius knows, Francesca is having her own adventure, far away from the walls of Kadesh.
Update: Shortly after making it to the Lith'Dolvi Conclave, Francesca was met by a man named Sorin Volrest. Together, the two of them fought the Cult before making their way up North to the Lower and Upper Altranoyian Empire. There, Francesca and Sorin would pick up the trail on her sister, which would culminate in Francesca and Sorin rescuing a new group soon to be known as the United.
Update 2: Having become good friends with these new allies and been deemed a founding member of the United, Francesca was hot on the tails of her sister and the woman who had her, Oriole.

Personal history
Francesca grew up in Kadesh with both her parents who were teachers at the College of Arcanum. She lived a normal life up until 4 years old when her mom got pregnant unexpectedly and gave birth to her sister. When Francesca was born, she had almost killed her mom. However, when her mom got pregnant again, both her parents decided to keep the child and take the risk.
When Francesca sister was born, her mother died in child birth. Francesca never blamed her sister because she never had the chance to. She was forced to look after her as their father became very absent after their mom died.
When Francesca was 12, her father was killed in an experiment gone wrong at the college. It was discovered that the experiment had been intentionally botched by their father in an attempt to kill himself. Since he was successful, Francesca was forced to basically become the breadwinner of the house. Luckily, the College and Magus Eliza Raven-Wing helped Francesca out with taking care of her sister, Abella.
When Francesca became 16, she was allowed to join the College as a trainee student, with her sister being allowed to follow her along. During one of her courses, the professor, Archmage Somalis, began conducting an experiment, and ask for Abella to help. When she did, Abella reacted with the magical artifact that the teacher was using and began speaking Celestial and glowing with magic. Eliza was called down and she managed to subdue Francesca's sister.
When Abella came to, Eliza believed that she was a sorceress and it would be safer if she stayed at home to not be exposed to too much magic before they could determine what kind of magic she had been imbued with. Francesca did not like this and hated leaving her sister at home alone. Yet, she knew that she had no other choice as the only way she was going to do something in life was by becoming a mage. Francesca never had any aspirations of grandeur. All she wanted, was to work at the College and provide for her sister.
Abella stayed at home for 3 months, and went to see Eliza regularly to conduct tests. One day, After returning home from school, Francesca realized Abella was gone. She waited for her to get back, assuming she had gone out with some of the local kids. However, when she didn't come back at night, she got worried. She went to Eliza the next morning as Abella still hadn't returned. Eliza used a Find Person spell to try and find her throughout Atheist Arch but was unsuccessful. Francesca had heard the rumors about the killings in Atheist Arch and got scared that her sister would turn up dead.
Francesca became cold after that. She blamed the College and Eliza for what happened to her sister. She began to get reckless, toying around with her sexual side to charm Archmages like Vanderval into giving her good grades while she focused on finding her sister (though, it should be noted, that she never did anything to overtly sexual as to get anyone in trouble or to indicate she wanted to "go all the way" with her teachers. All she did was use her good looks and suggestive language to make weaker men give her what she wanted.)
During one of her exams with Archmage Somalis, Francesca sabotaged the test to get revenge and caused massive damages in the College. Francesca ended up owing around 60,000 gold pieces and was kicked out of the College of Arcanum.
After that, she lived by herself, and even though the college had kicked her out, they still were paying for the house costs due to the death of her father happening on campus. She began to look into the killings happening in Atheist Arch and desperately trying to find her sister. After a year of looking, she found out that someone was sneaking into the catacombs of the chapel. Thinking that this was who took her sister, she went down into the crypt and that's where she met The Wanadead.
The person ended up just being a psycho, but she saw that The Wanadead could help her find her sister so she befriended them. Even going so far as to start a relationship with one of their members, Arsenius.
However, what started off as something just to benefit her, eventually became real friendships and she was thrust into a whole new Kadesh. Even going so far as to get involved with The Bandit Syndicate. This gave her allies and resources to be able to find her sister.
After almost dying at the hands of the Killer hunting Arsenius, she realized that she couldn't die not knowing what happened to her sister. From then on, Francesca began to dive deep into the Cult and Mr. D, a anonymous benefactor who had sent her many letters and who she had looked into at the time of her sister's disappearance. She befriended Annavelia and Carolina, and when she wasn't needed by The Wanadead, she would get them to help her find her sister.
Once she found out her sister wasn't in Kadesh, she needed to leave to find her.

Francesca leans heavily into her feminine side, using sexuality to get what she wants. However, she isn't promiscuous, although she pretends to be, and just uses it as a front to get what she wants.

Francesca is bi-curious but leans more towards men. She does know how to have a good time in bed but hasn't actually had that many sexual partners.
Education
Francesca didn't have a typical education at the base level, but was brought up by two mages so learned through them. When she was old enough, she attended Mage's College for 2 years.
Employment
Francesca has never had a full on job. She did help at the library in the College and got paid a little for that, but after that she became what some would call, an adventurer.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Francesca hasn't really done anything of note, yet. She did help the Bandit Syndicate and the Wanadead quite a bit but has only just started to branch off on her own.
Failures & Embarrassments
Francesca's biggest failure is losing her sister. Her biggest embarrassment is getting kick out of the College because of her act of "revenge", which she regrets deeply now.

Francesca can seem evil with her red and black attire and necromantic powers, but in reality, she is trying to do good and help people. She doesn't really have a philosophy, she is too busy trying to find her sister and come to terms with who she is. Francesca is struggling with figuring out to what lengths she will go to to find her sister, and how many lines she will cross to get to her.
