Merv
Merv was formerly one of the cities controlled by the Eclipse Association.
It is on the Westside of the Mosasaurs Tributary
The inner city was where most of their lostech factories were. Now it is where the Warrior's of the Holy Light are experimenting with making power seeds grow.
Due to this most of the factories have been stripped of their power crystals for experimentation. Only ones that can help in the war have been left working.
This city is now the base of operation for the Hell spawn allies of the Warrior's of the Holy Light

Defences
A almost finished 10 foot high wall around the outer city with 4 gates the eastern gate open onto a stone bridge that crosses the river.
The inner city walls have 2 30 foot diameter towers each side of the 2 gates. Just inside the northern part of the wall is a large Palace that raises to a 800 feet, 200 feet above the walls. On the eastern wall overseeing the river is a large castle, 300 feet by 300 feet for the central tower, that is 50 foot higher than the wall. The flat roof has the remains of airship landing cradle on it. Every 100 feet the central tower steps out 15 feet starting from the top. With the roof of the steps being flat. Large 20 foot towers are equally spaced around the inner city wall each has large bombard on them. With the gate towers having 2. The towers hight is the same as the walls.

Districts
Inner city and outer city are the 2 main districts of this city. The inner city is protected by a massive wall 500 feet high, 20 feet wide at its base and 10 feet wide at its top, with the slope on the outside only.

When Archangel Samual took over he moved all the original cities population into the inner city (to better control them) and turned the outer city over to his mortal followers.
