Pelitar

Pelitar is an ancient and powerful Wizard, his exact age unknown even to those who serve him. Once the court Wizard of Ashkrim, he served the old Duke of Brindol until the new Duke dismissed him for reasons shrouded in mystery. Pelitar then relocated to Restenford, where he serves the Baron, Colin Pemberton, from his secluded tower in the castle. Though he rarely leaves his sanctum, Pelitar is still deeply invested in the realm's welfare, working tirelessly behind the scenes to protect it from the forces of evil and chaos.
A master of spells, magic items, and ancient lore, Pelitar is not only a key member of The Conventicle but its primary founder and de facto leader. He often acts through intermediaries, other members of The Conventicle, or even hired mercenaries, to achieve his goals. Despite his age, Pelitar remains an enigmatic figure whose influence extends far beyond his tower, ensuring that the realm stays safe from unseen threats.
