Forge Ward
"You can always find the Forge Ward by the smoke they make."
Purpose / Function
The Forge Ward contains the blacksmiths, farriers, wheel and cart-wright of the town. The area of the town is named after the large number of forges that are set here.
Architecture
A simple wooden building with a sign displaying an anvil hangs above the door. Inside there is a counter set at the back, several walls are covered in various tools, basic weapons, chains of all sizes, hardware for builders, tables of kitchenware, and barrels of nails.
Large platform with a roof sits beside the building. On the platform are several furnaces, troughs, anvils and various other implements. The platform is bustling with workers.
Behind the forges and building is the frame of large building that's still being built. Just behind that frame is a barn that has carriages or wagons leaving into the main road and entering from a side road. A sign displays a horseshoe. Inside the large barn is two of each; furnaces ,troughs, and anvils set on one side of the barn and stalls on the other.
A building sits next to the smith shop displaying two signs, one with a single cart wheel and the other a cart.
