One of the combined graveyards and markets of Dragon's Jaws, where between the exclusive tombs of the wealthy cheap stalls and pedlars can be found hawking their wares.
The markets do not open on Saturnday or Sunday, and can be closed on other days at the whims of those with family interred in the tombs. For this and other reasons these markets tend to be the cheapest in the city, and the location the most beautiful.
Realm functionaries and soldiers who die in the Satrapy are usually buried here, the more important are then shipped home for reburial.
The Funereal Order of Righteous Morticians and Embalmers of Sijan owns and runs the graveyard with several junior members present at any one time as a way of gaining first hand knowledge of more distant burial customs, they arrive and return on the convoy of Corpse Barges while most of their local assistants remain. When new members arrive the markets are sometimes shut for days or weeks at outrage at the perceived sacrilege.
