Description
Threat Level.ccc is an algorithm that measures the level of threat that an individual, group, object, or location poses to those who interact with it and the world as a whole, using all data given to the program. Depending on the amount of data given to the program it will give a range of numbers, the target's threat level falling within that range with 99.9% accuracy. More data will result in a smaller range, and with enough data an exact threat level can be calculated. If not enough data is provided, the program will return an "Unknown" reading. Threat Levels range on an overall scale of 0-10 that functions very similarly to the Evos scale, with 9 being equivalent to the most dangerous threat ever faced, and 10 being reserved for anything determined to outclass anything that has come before.
The program, and Threat Levels as a concept, were designed for use by the AERI Initiative.
