The Ten Blades of Hephaestus

Of the ten blades, five of them are elemental blades that have a passive inherent power along with a weak active ability and a powerful active ability, both of which can only be activated by an elemental manipulator of the same element. The passive ability never changes, remaining even while in the hands of a non-Evo, but the active abilities scale in power with the capabilities of the wielder.
