Oliver is direct and to the point, not caring in the slightest for other peoples' views of him. The one exception to this is his family, both his blood relatives and the family he chooses for himself. This is most evident with his "sister"; He cares little for the laws of the land but he will follow her words as if they were divine commandments. He once wore a strange mask to hide the wounds he received in a traffic accident, but rather than toss it aside now that his face is healed he instead wears a version of that same mask while he is "working".Evo Abilities

Personal history
Oliver was born to a very wealthy family as one of three potential heirs to the family estate, though his childhood was not as comfortable as most rich kids. They were given little help from their parents and forced to go through many aspects of life as if they didn't have their families wealth, though the parents were willing to fund certain things that were productive to the kids skills and abilities, such as paying for Oliver to start working towards his degree early.
One day everything would change when the family was caught in a terrible wreck. Oliver's mother and brother both died as a result, though his father and his sister got out with only minor wounds. Oliver on the other hand was left with severe wounds to his jaw, neck, and spine, the last of which leaving him paralyzed. The doctors told them that while nothing could be done about the facial injuries, the rest could be healed given enough time and surgery although it would take decades.
While in the hospital after one of these surgeries a childhood friend of Oliver's visits, and seeing the condition that he is in she reveals to him that she has a strange power. Using that power she heals him over the course of several weeks, and soon Oliver is on his feet again. Now suddenly he finds himself with a strange power of his own and between this new ability and the gift of being able to walk again he feels he owes a life debt to this friend, who he now considers to be like a sister to him.
