The Power from Fear power, when presented with a stimulus of fear of Laslow, will allow him to activate actions of this individual ability. Any fear he can detect so long as there is an airway to Laslow, and must be able to breathe it in. Only fear of Laslow can be utilized with EP to perform any Actions. The source of the fear stimulus must be within 20 feet of Laslow for it to actually be detected, and will last for 10 minutes after it was last introduced.

Personal history
Laslow was born to a couple of Evos, and always wanted to be special. His father, Ezekiel, was a manipulator of air, and would repeatedly rob places, threatening to void his victim's lungs of air until they died unless they gave him what he wanted. His mother, Caroline, was a mind reader and only just discovered her power after Ezekiel came back after having killed six people in a gas station, and her mental health suffered a rapid decline since that night. Laslow would never forget, nor would he forgive his father for what he believed Ezekiel did to his mother. He had tipped off authorities that he "Saw the robber that asphyxiates people enter this address" and stayed at a friend's house that evening.
Life was a whirlwind after that night, his father imprisoned and unintentionally having his mother taken to a mental institute, he had orphaned himself. Finding a military family to foster him was a blessing in disguise of a grueling but fast three years. He was urged to enlist in the military, but he had no desire to do such things. He was more fascinated with Evos and their capabilities, and left them when he came of age to leave for New Victoria. It seemed there were many opportunities for him there, he thought. And opportunities he found, many involving being a hired gun or muscle for illicit operations. Only recently he discovered that he was never a "dud normie", and could start to tell whether or not someone was an Evo, and upon grabbing an enhanced he found that he too, at that moment, could be an enhanced. The feeling faded after a few seconds of breaking contact, and now craves that feeling every second of his life.
