Fiora never met her parents, she was experimented on as long as she could remember. As long as she could remember, anyone who called her knew her as ‘Number Four’. Raised somewhere in Nevada, Fiora was one of who knows how many Evos tested and experimented on to figure out what she could do. She was supposed to be imprisoned the rest of her life, or so she was told. She has received letters every so often ever since she was set free by a mysterious figure. She owes her life to them, even though she blocked out most of it. After all, they gave her a name and life that wasn’t ‘Number Four’.
