Kakimoto is a kind and soft-hearted individual. Still not having enough to properly retire due to immigrating to the United States rather late, and having to stay hidden due to being an Evo, Kakimoto is hard at work to ensure he can honor his late wife's wishes to build a home and live in peace in New Victoria.

Description

Kakimoto toils and works to pick up the filth of the companies along Victoria Field. The constant output of material and manufactured products creates large amounts of waste which needs to be collected - waste that Kakimoto and the New Victoria Department of Sanitation are ready to pick up. What the NVDS does not know, however, is Kakimoto's ability to use and manipulate water at will. He's a powerful elemental user, but usually keeps to himself and has not gone public with his powers. It's mostly to keep the water out of the trash, and give him a good raise for collecting more due to the removed mass and volume of the water in trash.
