Count / Countess
The first known regional borders that a noble is expected to learn are the county borders. A count is the ringleader for a significant political region and is responsible for controlling and maintaining hold over a region diplomatically, and monitoring the economic nature of their territory. They recieve taxes from lower areas of Baronship, and can spend that money on their own projects while also paying tax to the local Dukeship.
