Ooglabuck was born in 15th of Dimness of year 12974 in the royal palace of Disoen. From his very youth he was nurtured for one purpose, to take the throne of city-state of Disoen after his father would pass away. Ooglabuck had no siblings, for it is a tradition in Peacemonger kobold family, that royal family is not to have more than one child to avoid any kinds of succession wars.
Ooglabuck lived a sheltered life, learning from his tutors everything a king needs to know. Ooglabuck was especially interester in philosophy and spent much of his youth reading books by great scholars and wise men. He was always very passionate about the principles of non-violence and peace, and his parents were very proud of him, for in him they saw the very principles that had once lead the Peacemonger family to gain the throne in the first place.
Ooglabuck father, Tharak Peacemonger passed away of old age in year 8 of 13th Millenia, and as expected, Ooglabuck followed in his fathers steps to the throne. Ever since Ooglabuck has ruled city-state of Disoen.
