Significance

Brightblade is a sword gifted to Thomon Everwood by Darksbane clan after he led his small troops through a snowstorm to offer a crucial assistance for a large army under rule of Ganado which was surrounded by hordes of orcs and goblins and dragons. This battle became to be known as the Battle of Alabaster Fields, and only because of Everwood can Ganado boast to have won that battle.
After Everwoods demise the Brightblade has been kept as a relic of faith in the Temple of the Judge in Ganado. Few times the sword has been lended for devoted followers of the Judge who have had to face a terrifying foe in the battle.
