Scoundrel's Sound

Scoundrel's Sound is an offshoot of the Tsuntsun River, into the River Kingdom of Netarisl. It is difficult to access thanks to coral reefs and unreliable tides, but the pirates of the Reaver's Republic have claimed it as a base of operations.
