Rashi was the Half-Dragon son of Nirilux Stormeater. As a member of the brood of the great blue dragon, he was not permitted to leave the Wyvern Gate, but lived his life in extreme luxury. He was a partner of Yang Skalxien IV, and was the father of Amelia Skalxien. He was killed at a young age while attempting to escape the clutches of Nirilux and find his daughter.
