Dread Captain Zili Mei Myeung (a.k.a. Zizi)
Myeung Zili is the pirate captain of The Laughing Whore and a member of the Council of Scoundrels. She is regarded as one of the most dangerous pirates in living memory and is best known for her daring raid on an Imperial shipyard in broad daylight, sinking the turtle ships Golden Dragon and Heart of the Empire.

As a blood mutant, Zili has access to extraordinary powers. She has been confirmed to be able to resist fire and even manipulate it in ways to heal her allies, implying a connection to the phoenix bloodline. She has the ability to cast arcane magic.

Captain Myeung is well known for her use of a pair of flaming temple swords dubbed Ash and Ember. She wears to battle leather lamellar armor enchanted to, coincidentally, also burn her opponents who score lucky hits.
