Imperial Consort Ivy of Yalinagar

Ivy is the eldest daughter of a Kwai chieftain, the wife of Prince Robyn of Evermore, and the mother of the twins Lord Lionel and Lady Willow. While the wedding occurred shortly following the Imperial victory over the Gwelin in the Battle for Totem Island in 1429, and Ivy was relatively well-recieved by the Imperial family, Prince Robyn's marriage to a low-ranking Kwai has been controversial both among the Kwai and the nobility of the Empire as a whole. The Kwai opposed to the marriage blame Ivy in part for the continued Imperial occupation of Totem Island, while the Empire's fortunate view the match with open disdain, as Ivy's father is a chieftain in name only and they consider her to be hardly better than a commoner. As such, the nobility opposed to the marriage consider Ivy to have 'stolen' advancement opportunities that should have gone to an established lordly lineage. 
Due to attitudes outside of the Imperial palace, Ivy rarely leaves the Forbidden City, and spends much of her time strolling the palace gardens or entertaining the minor lords of Skalxien cadet branches. As of 1445, she is expecting another child.
