Hornet Nests
Hornet Nests are firework devices planted in the ground and fired at the enemy. The device itself is a long tube with a honeycomb pattern cut at the end of it. Thirty two holes in the pattern are loaded with special arrows. Blast powder is wrapped around the arrows with paper, and a fuse runs from the butt of the nest where the arrows rest to the other end, which is lit by the operator. The Nest propels these arrows in one direction all at once. While not very accurate, blast powder residue on the arrows tend to explode with impact, and many Hornet Nests fired simultaneously can inflict serious damage on enemy forces.
