Feinluna, Sword of the Seeking Moon
Legend holds that Feinluna was crafted of the moon's heart when the cry of the first mortal baby was heard in the heavens. It is imbued with a piece of the god Kiaru, all her love for mortalkind bound in meteoric steel. It has appeared throughout history to champions of gods other than Kiaru in a time of great loss or coming tragedy, most notably by Octavius I, founder of the Tower of the Ancients. Theological scholars have proposed that Kiaru's sacred artifacts never appear before her own followers as a direct result of her position as the god of lost things.
The sword's blade is nearly invisible, but can become a mirrorlike surface. By focusing their will, the sword's champion can cause Feinluna to show them whoever they are thinking of, so long as that person is alive and has a soul. The champion bearing Feinluna also seems to exude a supernatural force that improves the morale of their allies.
While the sword has passed from champion to champion, it is currently held by Sir Perilous Grimm, the eighth Grimm known to claim the sword. When the master of the sword dies, it disappears, and tends to appear before the new champion in unlikely places such as dungeons, bodies of water, or near an enemy.
