Ephraim Steele is the captain of the Steele's Wolves mercenary company and an ex-Legionnaire. He is famed for his service in the Gnollish Uprisings of the late 1420's and for bringing large-scale mercenary warfare to The River Kingdoms. He is beloved by his soldiers. Ephraim has a single son, Roy.
