Demons

This relatively intelligent but even more evil race is native to the Elemental plane of Fire. Countless groups of Demons of different appearances populate this plane, whose common language is the Deep-Speech.

All Demons are immune to fire, they also have at least one magical ability.

Imps:

They are the least intelligent of the Demons. These creatures usually walk on four or more limbs, and their bodies are bare, sometimes covered in slime. Imps are very diverse in terms of colors and patterns, their spotted, striped or solid skin can appear in almost any color variation. They have one to five eyes on their round heads. Their external auditory organs are usually located on either side of the head. Imp's wide mouths are lined with needle-pointed teeth, and many of them are not even capable of meaningful speech. Their size can vary from a larger toad to a medium-sized dog. However, they should not be underestimated, as their saliva (and slime) is poisonous, and their sheer numbers can be overwhelming for anyone who unsuspectingly wanders into their lair. Imps are predators, usually searching for insects, worms or small creatures around of their lair. Imps of different looks hate each other immensely, and when two gangs get in each other's way, it always ends in the extermination of one of them. We know little about their social life, but if one of them signals danger or screams for help, the others will immediately show up.

Fire and Blood Beasts:

These monsters are mostly the twisted, dark and evil equivalents of Evera's land animals. Their bodies are covered with thick, red or black fur or scales. Unlike ordinary animals, they are extremely intelligent creatures, and speak clearly the Deep-Speech. They often form a herd or come into the service of a stronger being. Really powerful and evil magic users summon such creatures as companions or keep their secrets with them. They also appear in the depths of evil temples from time to time. Some Firebeast can also spit fire, even if not as effectively as a fire dragon. Bloodbeasts, on the other hand, usually have bat-like wings and can fly. Both groups may have a few horns on the head.

Rami (pronounced: ra-mi):

The people of Evera usually call these creatures The Demons. Beings with a humanoid structure, reaching a body height of one to three meters, with horns, bat or dragon wings and often a tail. They are extremely intelligent, most of them also know magic, mostly "Power" and "Fire" spells. Their societies are closed, they live their daily lives in a strict hierarchy. They like to keep slaves, not only other Ramis, but also proudly possessing humanoids from other planes. Ramis are the most technologically and culturally advanced beings on the plane. They also speak the Deep-Speech and Sheyarin languages, as many Fire-dragons live in their world. Although they usually stick to their homes - fearing that in their absence the other Ramis will take possession of their squandered wealth - there is the reward of being willing to cross even into the central plane of Evera, forming a treaty or "alliance" with its evil inhabitants.
