white lion

white lion is the ancestral sword of the house of von anerian and after the end of the line of garon the great it passed to house of hallsberg. the sword is called white lion due to the lion pommel on the sword.

History

the forging- at the height of the elven empire the imperil forge was making great and powerful magical swords however after the empire ended the elves who knew how to make these weapons had died however. that was until an elf by the name of caldren rall astaneer. with him he brought shards of an ancient and old weapon the dagger of aserin. the elven king of darera who had be declining in power to use this as an opertinity and for the first time since the empire died the imperial forges where opened and caldren was sent to work. the king had only one request that one be made for the kings new ally enrik von hammer.

Significance

like other elven designed and built sword using magic it had the ability to permanently hold its edge. however the sword has cultural importance to verainbergurs as it showed that the elves saw them as one of there own and was one of the things that Stephan the unitier when he declared himself aserin and dawned the Imperial Blue

Raw materials & Components

the sword blade is made of polished steel which makes it look like a mirror. the steel was mixed with one of the shards of aserins dagger.  he cross guard is made of gold along with the pommel. the handle is made of steel wrapped with black leather.
