Tituvius, like his wife, was a representative before taking power himself. He grew up in a wealthy family, living in one of the taller buildings of the port. Eventually he found interest in politics, and then started to take classes for it. Along the way, he met Roda, who discussed many ideas with him and eventually fell in love. Tituvius is known for his unbelievable amount of connections not just within the port, but across the entirety of Euclidia. Some rumor that he has secret hit men to eliminate anyone he doesn't like.
