These 5 people are representatives and leaders for The 5 Lighthouse Port. They each go by their name in the city as MARGE, TITUVIUS, RODA, JASMINE, and MARAUDA. These 5 individuals rule over the city and decide all laws with the 5 more people under each leader. Together they create a council and decide how the city should be run together.
