Jasmine has been a recent addition to the 5 LEADERS, and she used to be one of the 5 representatives of a previous leader who has passed away. The representatives nominated her, as she already has a connection through her spouse, MARGE. Jasmine is one of the few Kitsune in the city, and takes pride in it. She has been around for a very long time, and had always been the right hand to the previous leaders, in many sections. People often see her secretly going about her own business, often in fox form, although she denies ever doing so every time she is questioned. Everyone usually dare not bother her, as she is an extremely powerful sorceress.
