Masimura, or the Kingdom of Oceanic Depths, is run by a singular leader. He is in charge of all operations below the waves, and has extremely strict rules to ensure the safety of the kingdom. Through the strict rules however, all life is welcome. His name is MASIMAN. Descended from the original leader of Masimura, it is a family ruled city.
