Masiman, like his father and grandfather, leads the underwater city of MASIMURA. He is Masiman III, as both his father and grandfather have been named after the city. This city has been around for quite a while, and Masiman IV is set to take lead of it when III passes. Masiman III was the one who opened up the city to all people, and pushed forward tourism as well as infrastructure. Since opening Masimura to all people, it has recieved much needed help during battle and infrastructure.
