The Kingdom of Oceanic Depths, otherwise known as Masimura, is a city that is completely underwater. The kingdom is marked by the massive spires that stick out of the water. There is also an entire array of docks for ships to deliver goods as well as export them. Arcane elevators sit in each of the spires and take people down below the waves. There are many natives here who are water breathing beings, as well as normal land dwellers. Spells are also incorporated into few buildings in order to allow the air breathing beings to transfer along parts of the city.
