Aisya Al-Shaer (Eys-Ya Al-Sha-Ear)
Empress Aisya Al-Shaer
Aisya Al-Shaer, the Hidden Viper, the Merchant of Sand and Spice, and Unifier of the Ripa Clans. She goes by many names, endless titles she can pick and choose from. Quickly becoming one of the most popular people ever since the Great King Norr, word of her spreads far beyond the borders of the now united Ripa Lands. However surprisingly despite the constant word of mouth spreading her influence, little is actually known of Aisya. Rumor has it that within only 50 years she united the three clans and erected the nation of the Ripa lands, spreading so far as to even meet Didieh's borders before donating half of it to her son, Imaad Al-Shaer. Others say that this operation took generations, her ancestors before her having built the towns and began negotiations with the tribes, only for her to make it official.
Whatever the past may be, it only adds to the Empress' worth with the theories weaved around her. It certainly doesn't hurt that the only one to allegedly see her face uncovered is her own son. The most anyone else has seen were her eyes, which are said to pierce the very soul of those she looks at. A lifetime of trade, negotiation, and debate have made Aisya quite the insightful woman, able to read the intentions of people just as well as prices at a shopkeeper's store; a trait she has passed to her son as well. Beyond such things however, she is said to be a righteous ruler, with fair laws and even fairer trade within her lands.
