The ceremony was a disaster, the kid couldn't even get a word out! Not to mention the chaos with the crown, that mess could of ended his reign there and then. The people who elected him must be doing so to weaken the title, or the rulers in Dithmarburg are complete fools! General Physical Condition
Otto is a little scrawny but mostly well built, of middling fitness and agility. He is slightly tall for a Dithmarian, giving him a somewhat strong presence in a room in spite of his other features along with his general manners.

Lost his mother in the birth of his brother at age 5, and father at 7, who he followed as Duke of Brehen. Began his education under Falconwit at age 4 and elected Emperor at age 14. Has since ruled as Emperor up to 1735 and as the leader of the Loyalist League in the War of Arterium, however he has lost much authority and power in these roles as the war has grinded on.

The lose of both parents at a young age, and taking the position of Duke, Otto was for most of his life thrust into the dull, cold world of feudal politics. This upbringing made Otto a cold person, who doesn't really get close to anyone.
