Bearfolk Species in Ethrosa | World Anvil

Bearfolk

Natural Protector

Bearfolk are extremely protective of their family and clan. Bearfolk are innovative when it comes to protecting their family and clan and rarely leave their clans to go adventuring. There are a handful of Bearfolk per clan that are either self-selected or voted within their clan to adventure to the feywild and become the most honored position of a Druid.

Druids

Druids are the most respected within the Bearfolk and hold top ranks within the clan and are also religious leaders. Bearfolk who are looking to become Druids must first travel to the feywild and are able to come back to Ethrosa with their memories entact.   Bear Power - Bearfolk Druids have an innate ability to tap into their primal heritage. When using wild shape, you can add +1 to AC, attack rolls, and damage rolls. You also gain additional max health equal to a roll of the beast’s hit die. You can use this up to 4 times. Doing so makes it harder to return from the primal world though. When returning to your normal form, you must make a DC15 Wisdom saving throw or use a second use of your Wildshape. This DC increases by 1 for each additional increase after the first.
