A Writ of Somnus Reus is a legal warrant of seizure for someone who has committed a Dream Crime—entering into another Sophont's dreams and there incepting ideas into their mind to control, guide, or traumatize them.
The writ gives the holder right to seize the offender and bring them back to The Crucible at any cost.
