SoS B1 C7 X3: Small Comforts

"I don't like any part of this plan, especially how risky as it is for Allarah." Tskhan turned to face Immeuna, looked and her, and then looked away, embarrassed. "It isn't my place to decide what's best for her, but do you think she can handle this?"   "I'm fully confident in Allarah's ability, but I'm scared for her none-the-less. Synna says meta tracing wont work, and I'm keen on following her opinion. I'm unsure how to proceed aside from not leaving her alone for too long though." Immuena finished dressing.   Ijin stepped out to change as Em returned. On the Gearheart's narrow figure her too-large clothes weren't much of a compliment.   "I don't have any doubts in her ability to take care of herself, I just don't think anyone should be left alone with him." Tskhan rustled through what remained of the pile of clothes. "If he does anything to Allarah or you..." He stopped for a moment mid sentence and turned to Immuena "Much less anyone in our little rag tag group I'll hurl plasma at his face till it melts off."   "Then we'll simply avoid splitting up too much or often." Immuena replied, helping Tskhan find something nice to wear. Digging around, she found a length of cloth that would work well with a few adjustments. She set to work while he looked. It didn't take her long to finish.   "Here." She held up her creation with a large smile, "ta-da!" The garment was layered fabric meant to extenuate Tskhan's figure and flow on the lower half, but it was fairly plain otherwise.   "Thanks Immuena." Tskhan walked to a corner and started pulling on the garment Immuena prepared.   "Not a problem." She tried to look away from the Saza undressing and redressing, but found herself staring for a number of seconds here and there.   "Well how does it look? Is it work that you're proud of? At least under the time and resource constraints." Tskhan did a quick spin to show Immuena all sides. "I think it fits right. Can't say I'm used to wearing anything formal. Would you mind checking to be sure on the size and to see that I didn't accidentally rip it putting it on?"   Patting down Tskhan to check how tight or lose the cloth was, Immuena chuckled. "It seems fine. I didn't know how well I'd make it, but more importantly I enjoy how it looks on you." After giving him a few more twirls, she looked up to him with a wide grin, "I'm always more calm around you. Almost like you give off the air of stress relief. It's easier to smile and relax, too." She sat on the bed and continued looking Tskhan up and down. "Shall we grab everyone?"   "Hmm... Maybe not quite yet. There's no need to rush into the evening's festivities."   "Fair point. I might be getting too anxious."   Tskhan laughed. "I suppose that's true. In truth I'm probably in a similar boat. It could be anxiety, a lack of agency in our current predicament, or maybe this situation just isn't sitting right with me."   "All of it." She half hissed in agreement, "Nothing bodes well tonight."   Tskhan stood in place in for a moment in shock. He started to tear up a bit and leaned against Immuena for comfort. Standing on the bed for appropriate height, Immuena pulled Tskhan in, "We'll make it work. Stay strong, my Sheljt Warrior."
