Circuit Cluster

Wherever the WayHall forms a complete circuit of lanes, the worlds it connect become known as a Cluster. The tactical difficulty of breaking a Cluster makes control of them a valuable asset.

Having a complete circuit allows the controlling Banner to run multiple supply lines to the battlefront along that Circuit, making it a hardpoint.
