The Phantom
No one is truly sure of this elf's appearance, as he a master of disguises, save for his signature eye twitch. Similarly no one is certain of his actual name, some even think he may have forgotten it. He has been providing Obsidian Hive operatives with new identities and papers to ease them into other locations. But he has been known to conduct his own operations, specializing in subterfuge.
In the past he has been known to imitate nobles and dignitaries to sway politics and business deals in the favor of the Anazar Republic with both sides not realizing they dealt with an imposter for months. However, as his fame (or infamy) grew, knowledge of his eye twitch spread to the wealthy and powerful.
During one particular operation, a headmaster of the Arcane College noticed a colleague suddenly developed an eye twitch, soon after he had cancelled a trip to Melhona. Knowing the reputation of the phantom at this point the headmaster realized who he was dealing with. If it wasn't for a fellow hive operative in the secluded chambers the phantom might have 'vanished' forever.
Since then he has not been seen impersonating important figures; just accounts of falsely accused noblemen who simply had something in their eye. Instead he tends to impersonate common folk such as couriers, cooks, soldiers, and even jugglers. Though the latter did not go well as apparently he cannot juggle.
