True to its name this organization runs nearly all educational institutions across the kingdoms. Members receive training at a discount and some higher ranking members have access non-public archives. Members are however expected to contribute to adding to the knowledge, through research, experimentation or donation of magical items. The college is also typically in control of the teleportation circles in most cities.
