Whiteberry

Whiteberry is a vineplant that grows exclusively in the cold region of Koljorn, and can only ever be found wrapped onto an Iceberry bush. The vine winds it's way through the branches of an Iceberry, taking advantage of the ice shell protection, producing immitation flowers and fruit that are sweet and deadly poisonous when consumed alongside an Iceberry. The effect is powerful for plants, as when the consumer dies, the seeds utilize the nutrients from the corpse to grow another plant. The flowers and fruit are nearly identical, making the only reliable way to discern which is which being by seeing the place the berry was picked from, or by tasting the berry.

Whiteberry has a long history of being utilized for poisoning, and tends to be a favored method of killing for women. Sometimes known as 'sweetdeath' or 'entanglement'. As a result of the dangerous fruit, some tribes outlaw the cultivation, trading or cooking of Whiteberry or Iceberry.
