Empire of the Dra'hell

The Dra'hell Empire are known to be the largest connection between the Overworld and the Underdark, as the Empire are ruled by Drow Nobility who remained in the Material Plane whilst the humans fled. These drow took human strongholds and settlements and used them as scouting and scavenging points to get supplies for their Underdark Kingdom. Whilst, at this time, the Overworld remained inhabitable, when the Frost was pushed back, the Dra'hellian Drow pushed into the Overworld and established the Empire as a permenant place of residence.
To this day, the Drow remain in control, however other races and species are allowed and can be Nobility, but no race but Drow can serve in the council. They worship the Drak'al Pantheon, but allow the worship of the Estarion Pantheon within it's borders, but temples of Estarion must pay heavy taxes to the kingdom. Worship of the Dwarven Pantheon is looked down upon, however it is notable that Duergar, whilst a very small minority of the population, are allowed to worship it
