Keeper of Tomes
Selected by the Archmagus, Keepers are the protectors of knowledge in the Archives. They maintain impeccable record of the usage and whereabouts of all assets under their protection, and are known to knock on the doors or tardy leasers the exact minute an item is overdue.

Appointment
Keepers are arbitrarily appointed by the Archmagus, and no confirmation is required.
Duties
- Catalog all materials under their care
- Record visitors to the Conservatory and keep lists of all current and past League members
- Safely retrieve any materials lost, stolen or forgotten from their Archive
- Protect the integrity of the Conservatory

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
- League convention can identify a Keeper that has failed in their duties
- Dismissal requires majority support of Keepers and Artificers as well as authorization of Archmagus
