Stonemasons Brewery

History:

The stonemasons guild saw an excellent opportunity to expand its reach, not with another mine but with a brewery. Many suspect this was a move by the Dwarven King Drazzic Redpike in Nin to keep tabs on the Dwarves on Wolfden who are rumored to be considering declaring their independence.  He had hoped that the presence of cheap ale would make it easier to ply any potential defectors for information, however, he grossly underestimated how much alcohol it would take to get the average hunter who has nothing to do all day but drink and walk through the forest drunk. After nearly bleeding gold for 2 years the crown ceased operation, leaving the building vacant.

Ownership:

A few days after it was abandoned, news reached the Quartermane's of Nattan Mal.  Always keeping the ear to the ground looking for opportunities to expand quickly sent a team down there.  Within days they had a team to Wolfden and the bar was back up and running. Shaheed Quartermane who was trained at Rock Bottom Ale Hall in Nattan Mal was all too eager to venture out of the swamplands of his hometown.
